Complaints
- We will respond to all complaints immediately and in
any case within 24 hours. We aim to resolve all
customer complaints immediately and certainly within 14
days. You will always be kept informed by email or by
telephone until the complaint is resolved.
On line Payments
- We accept all major credit and debit cards including
Visa and MasterCard; Switch, Solo and Delta. We use the
reputable services of WorldPay and PayPal to carry out secure
online transactions and we never have
access to your credit card details. Your statement will
show payments made to 'Yours Personally' .
Off line Payments
- Off line payments are only accepted through cheques
drawn on a UK Bank or UK postal orders.
Prices
- all pricing is in UK Sterling and valid until 1 July
2009
Affiliates - on occasions
you may be re-directed to partner companies who will
provide the product you are requesting. It should
be borne in mind that the Terms and Conditions relating
to that company are the ones that are in force when you
actually purchase the product, and not these ones.
You will clearly know when you are dealing with a
partner company since the web site design will be
totally different to that of Yours Personally.
Postage and
Packaging - Letters from Santa and Letters from Easter
Bunny. All
postage and packaging for despatch to UK addresses is
included in the price of the product and no extra
postage is due.
For despatch to addresses in the rest
of the world an additional cost will be incurred to cover
postage, details of which can be found here.
Postage costs will also be shown prior to acceptance of
the credit card.
Santa and Easter Bunny Letters will
be addressed personally to the individual at the address
given on the order form. Unless requested differently,
letters will be despatched within 48 hours of confirmed
receipt of payment. If you would
like your Letter despatched later - just let us know.
We do not use postage stamps on letters from Santa which
incur a post mark from the town from which the y were posted. This ruins the illusion that the
letters originated from the North Pole.
This year we are using
Royal Mail's Smart Stamp which we have discovered is more
reliable and efficient that using a postage stamp. We
will also produce a logo showing
Santa in his sleigh and the words "PRIORITY
MAIL. PRIORITY MAIL. PRIORITY MAIL. Posted at the North
Pole. To be delivered by postal company of destination
country". We then hand stamp this with a North Pole
postmark.
Although the Royal Mail symbols still
appear on the envelope we leave it to parents to tell
children that all letters from Santa start at the North Pole
where they are sent out to all the countries in the world.
From there the local carrier, in our case the Royal Mail, delivers
the letters to the child's address.

Delivery Schedule -
You will
receive immediate acknowledgement of your order by
email. All orders will be individually prepared for
customers and despatched within ten days of receipt of
the order (with the exception of the Santa/Easter Bunny Letters which
will obviously be despatched for Christmas/Easter - see above
for exact dates)
Guarantee
- Yours Personally is proud of its products which are
strictly checked for quality before despatch. However,
should you be dissatisfied with any product for whatever
reason simply return it to us and you will be given a
full refund.
Cancellation
- Engraved and personalised products are non-refundable
and cannot be exchanged. We hope you will love
your gift but if for any reason any item received is not
in satisfactory condition it will be replaced
immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of
receiving your gift to arrange a reaplacement.
Statutory Rights - Your
statutory rights are not affected.
